Refund policy

We sell digital ebooks that are delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital products can be downloaded and accessed immediately, all ebook purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the order has been completed or the ebook has been delivered.

We understand that technical issues can sometimes occur. If you are unable to download your ebook, cannot access your purchased file, receive a corrupted or incomplete file, or experience another technical problem related to your order, please contact us with your order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or help you access your purchase.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate payment or an issue where the purchased product was not successfully delivered and cannot be resolved. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description before purchasing, or simply deciding that the ebook is not suitable after downloading or accessing it.
